Tatsuya Arichi

A Japanese Citizen. 54 years old. Graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration, Konan University, Japan. He started his career in Mandom Corporation, Japan since 1987. Previous senior posts in Mandom Group include Director in Mandom Taiwan Corporation in 1994, as President Director in Mandom Corp. (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. in 2001 and President Director in Mandom China Corporation in 2008. Afterwards he was appointed as Managing Executive Officer in Mandom Corporation, Japan and President Commissioner of the Company from 2014 until 2017. The legal basis of his appointment as President Directors/CEO is the resolution of AGMS in 2017 as stated in the Deed of Minutes of AGMS Number 15 dated April 20, 2017. He was reappointed as President Director/CEO based on the resolution of AGMS in 2018 as stated in the Deed of Minutes of AGMS Number 13 dated April 19, 2018. He has affiliation with the Company’s Controlling and Major Shareholder namely Mandom Corporation.
