Jeff Stevens

Jeff is a partner and director at Maner Costerisan, specializing in providing accounting and advisory services to the firm’s nonprofit and for-profit clients. He’s been with the firm for more than 38 years, serving as president and managing partner for nearly a decade. Jeff exited the position in 2021, overseeing substantial financial growth and service expansion during his tenure – the longest of any past president in firm history. In addition to his important leadership role and daily assurance and consulting work, Jeff provides litigation support to attorneys, including expert witness testimony on business and personal damage claims.

Driven, competitive, open to new ideas and constantly searching for ways to improve, Jeff has played a critical role in repositioning Maner Costerisan as a full-service public accounting and advisory partner. He helped to grow and foster a culture of innovation, with a laser focus placed on helping clients achieve their goals – no matter how big or complex they may be. During his tenure, the firm expanded its consulting, technology and wealth management capabilities, more than doubling its staff.

Jeff attributes his success to his hard work and open-minded leadership approach. Whether working with colleagues or clients, he strives to understand their point of view by examining issues from each perspective. He also recognizes his family, who has instilled in him a strong work ethic and commitment to succeed, both academically and professionally. One of 11 children, he and two of his siblings followed in their father’s footsteps – all becoming CPAs.

Jeff is motivated by the constantly changing environment, complex challenges and the opportunity to provide thoughtful and important advisory solutions to clients across a myriad of industries. Working with smart, driven, likeminded professionals committed to making the community a better place is his favorite part about his job and what’s kept him at Maner for so long.
