Caleb May

Caleb May currently serves as the Director of Library Services at Manhattan Christian College since July 2021. Prior to this role, Caleb held the position of Director at Henderson County Public Library District from September 2015 to August 2020, overseeing all librarians and library services. Earlier experience includes serving as Director/Head Librarian at Meade Public Library from April 2010 to September 2015 and being a Library Representative for the Southwest Kansas Library System Full System Board during the same period. Additionally, Caleb worked as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica from September 2007 to April 2010 and interned at the Washburn University School of Law Library in 2010. Caleb's background also includes legislative internship experience at the Kansas Legislature in 2003 and involvement in student government at Washburn University from 2000 to 2003, complemented by volunteer work on the Shallenburger for Governor campaign. Educational credentials include a Masters of Library Science from Emporia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washburn University.
