Shanee Carmel

Shanee Carmel is an Occupational Therapist currently employed at Manhattan Day School since January 2023. Prior experience includes Fieldwork Level II positions at A.T. Services, Hasc Center, Inc., and Rehab Associates, as well as Fieldwork Level I experiences at Our Children First and NYU Kimmel Center. Additionally, Shanee worked as a Direct Mail Telemarketing Contractor for FRIENDS OF UNITED HATZALAH INC and served as an Administrative Assistant at ABJ Properties Limited, where responsibilities included tenant communication and document organization. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from Long Island University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Yeshiva University. Shanee also participated in an internship at NYU Langone Health, gaining hands-on clinical experience by observing Occupational Therapists and interacting with patients.
