Kyle Ruskin

Kyle Ruskin is a Senior Business Development Associate at Manhattan Strategy Group since May 2022. Previously, Kyle held various roles at ICF from February 2017 to May 2022, including Capture Analyst, Proposal Specialist, and Proposal Coordinator. As a Capture Analyst, Kyle provided organizational and analytical support for Federal capture opportunities exceeding $300 million and supported large-scale program management initiatives. In the role of Proposal Specialist, Kyle managed numerous Federal and State & Local Government proposals, contributing to successful responses totaling $150 million in 2019 for clients such as the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Health and Human Services, and the State of North Carolina. As Proposal Coordinator, Kyle coordinated on bids totaling $778 million within the government sector. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government & Communication from Radford University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
