Aaron Lai, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Aaron currently holds the position of Director of Data and Analytics at Manifest MedEx since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PwC as a Senior Manager, Technology Consulting, Payer Analytics from November 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining PwC, Aaron held the role of Director, Strategic Analytics at Castlight Health from August 2017 to November 2019. From December 2010 to August 2017, Aaron worked at Blue Shield of California as a Senior Manager, Market Analytics. In this role, they built predictive models to improve MAPD HEDIS and conducted research on the cost-effectiveness of prescription drugs. Aaron also created innovative dashboards using internal and external data to drive acquisition and retention strategies.

Aaron also had a brief role at MRM Worldgroup as an Analytic System Manager from October 2005 to May 2006, where they managed the reporting and analytics of a global advertising program.

Aaron Lai, CFA has a diverse education history. Aaron obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Evidence-based Healthcare from the University of Oxford in 2013. Prior to that, they also earned another M.Sc. degree in Sociology from the same institution in 2009.
