Jason Buckner

Jason Buckner has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare information systems field. Jason currently serves as the CIO of Manifest MedEx, a role they have held since March 2019. Prior to this, Jason was the Assistant Director at the NC Health Information Exchange Authority from July 2018 to March 2019. From January 2012 to July 2018, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Informatics at The Health Collaborative. Jason also has significant experience as a Vice President of Operations at HealthBridge, where they were responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day management of various IT teams. Jason's earlier roles include Applications Manager at Beebe Medical Center, Consultant at NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, and Informatics Development Manager at Reid Hospital. Jason began their career as the Information Systems Manager at Grandview Pharmacy, where they led the transition of their information systems.

Jason Buckner attended Queens University of Charlotte from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Jason also studied Business Administration and Management, General during their time at the university.
