Danielle Kowalski

Danielle Kowalski currently serves as General Counsel and Vice President, Legal at Manifold since May 2024. Prior to this role, Danielle was VP & Deputy General Counsel at HubSpot from January 2013 to May 2024, previously holding the position of Senior Director & Assistant General Counsel. Danielle's legal experience includes serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Peoplefluent, where responsibilities included acting General Counsel and managing a fast-paced legal department. Earlier roles include Associate Corporate Counsel at Endeca, now Oracle Corporation, and Corporate Counsel at Art Technology Group, also part of Oracle Corporation, with a focus on negotiating various software and services agreements. Danielle began a career in research at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital, contributing to NIH studies. Education includes a BA in Biology & Psychology from Amherst College, an LLM in European Business Law from Lund University, and a JD, cum laude, in Intellectual Property Law from Suffolk University Law School.
