Bonny Ryan, GBA has extensive experience in benefits and compensation management. Bonny is currently serving as the Benefits & Compensation Director at The Manitowoc Company, where they are responsible for the development and administration of total rewards programs, as well as the design and implementation of global compensation and US health and welfare programs.

Prior to this role, Bonny worked at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where they held various positions. Bonny was the Director of Benefits, leading the design, strategy, and administration of health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, and wellbeing initiatives for the US and Canada. Bonny also served as the Sr. Manager of Benefits, responsible for the implementation and administration of retirement and health/welfare benefits in the US, as well as participating in the development of the health benefits strategy. Before that, they were the Health Benefits Manager, overseeing the execution of health and welfare benefits company-wide, and the Health Benefits Administrator, administering medical, dental, vision, FSA, and life insurance benefits.

Bonny's earlier experience includes working at Corporate Group, Inc as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they recruited employees and administered health and welfare benefits, and at Medical College of Wisconsin as a Personnel Assistant and Administrative Assistant, where they supported the Pediatrics Department Human Resources team.

Bonny began their career at Kohl's Department Stores as a Human Resources/Payroll Assistant.

Bonny Ryan, GBA has a Master's degree in Training & Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, which was completed between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the same university, which was completed between 1998 and 2000. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained a certification as a Group Benefits Associate from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans in 2013.
