Will Smith

Will Smith is an experienced engineer currently employed at Manitowoc Foodservice since November 2022, following a role as an engineering intern at the same company earlier in 2022. Smith has developed expertise through various internships, including time at Welbilt Inc., where testing of warranty water inlet valves was conducted, and at Manitowoc, where root cause analysis on ice thickness probes was performed. Smith’s prior experience also includes positions at the Milwaukee School of Engineering as a resident assistant and senior commencement assistant, as well as packaging roles at Cher-Make Sausage Co. and summer camp counseling with the Boy Scouts of America. Smith holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, completed in November 2022.
