Marti Wolter

Marti Wolter has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Marti started their career in 1996 at Fairmont Medical Center, where they served as the Surgical Services Manager for almost 15 years. Marti then moved on to become the Director of Nursing at Mayo Clinic Health System in Fairmont from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they took on the role of Nurse Administrator for Emergency Services at Mayo Clinic Health System in SWMN from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, Marti became the Chief Nursing Officer at Mayo Clinic Health System, a position they held until 2017. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Mankato Clinic. Throughout their career, Marti has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in healthcare management and administration.

Marti Wolter completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2007. Later, in 2012 and 2013, they pursued a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a specialization in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University.
