Joe Bernstein

Joe Bernstein has served as a Men's Coach at Drop the Armor Wellness LLC since July 2015, focusing on helping individuals elevate their personal, business, and career aspirations. In addition, Joe has facilitated Men's Work courses for the ManKind Project since March 2019. Prior to these roles, Joe managed a Bose retail store from August 2001 to February 2015, overseeing daily operations and sales performance after initially serving as an Assistant Store Manager. Joe holds a certification as an Eating Psychology Coach from the Institute for Psychology of Eating and has a background in education from the University of Maryland and Thomas S. Wootton High School.
