Michael Dries-Coons

Michael Dries-Coons has held a variety of roles in the technology industry. From 2019 to present, they have been a Service Delivery Manager and Consulting Coordinator at Mann Consulting. From 2018 to 2019, they were an Information Technology Consultant at Nimble Collective, Inc., where they administered G Suite, Atlassian, Slack, LastPass and troubleshot networking, printing, hardware issues, AV setup and meeting rooms. Prior to that, they were a Management Information Systems Intern at the San Francisco Housing Authority, where they monitored network operations and security, led projects for software and tool deployment, and administered Active Directory, multiple VDI solutions, and Exchange.

Michael Dries-Coons attended City College of San Francisco from 2018 to 2019, studying Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Michael then attended San Jose State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. In June 2018, they obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
