Brian Fodor

Brian Fodor is an experienced operations professional with a career spanning over three decades in the restaurant industry. Currently, Brian is part of Manna / Bridgeman since July 2021, focusing on operational roles. Previously, Brian served as Director of Operations at Brinker International from 2019 to 2020, where a successful transition of 33 locations back to Corporate was achieved, along with significant improvements during the COVID-19 pandemic. Between 2007 and 2019, Brian was Regional Director of Operations at ERJ Dining, LLC, overseeing 33-45 restaurants and managing $100M in annual sales. Brian's journey at Brinker International began in 1991 as Area Director, successfully leading multiple Chili's locations and contributing to the training and development of future leaders. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
