Jon Novacek

Jon Novacek is a seasoned engineering professional with over 21 years of experience in the aerospace and defense sector. Currently serving as a Technical Specialist at MANNARINO since October 2023, Jon previously held multiple roles at Safran Electronics & Defense Canada Inc., including Engineering Manager, Senior Manager of Engineering and R&T, Systems Group Manager, and Technical Lead. In these positions, Jon was responsible for leading hardware and qualification efforts for various systems, including Landing Gear, Steering Control, and Marine FADEC technologies. Additionally, Jon acted as the Lead Systems and Project Engineer for Auxiliary Power Unit Engine Control Box. Academically, Jon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, earned between 1998 and 2002.
