Alicia Neal

Alicia Neal is a highly skilled civil project engineer with over a decade of professional experience in civil engineering. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. since December 2012, Alicia is involved in multiple disciplines within the field. Previously, Alicia gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern for the City of Monroe, MI, where work included various roadway, site, and utility projects from June 2011 to September 2012. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo College of Engineering, earned in December 2013.
