Jean Hartline Pe, Ptoe

Jean Hartline, PE, PTOE, serves as a Senior Project Engineer at The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. since May 1989, specializing in a wide range of transportation and site projects that encompass corridor studies, safety projects, intersection design, signal systems, traffic studies, and interchanges. Previously, Jean worked as a Senior Traffic Engineer for the City of Toledo from June 1983 to April 1989. Jean Hartline holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo, obtained between 1978 and 1983, and is a graduate of St. Joseph Academy, completing a college preparatory program from 1974 to 1978.
