Rachel Billingsley

Rachel Billingsley is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in various roles within prominent architectural firms. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at Manning Architects since January 2019, Rachel has previously held positions as Project Architect and Project Manager at OMNIPLAN Architects and as an Architect at Booziotis & Company Architects. Rachel commenced their career at Manning Architects, where Rachel advanced from Senior Designer to Senior Architect, and gained expertise as Architect III at Rees Associates. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History from The University of Texas at Austin.
