Vivienne Green

Vivienne Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Organisational Development at Manningham Council since April 2020, Vivienne manages a team focused on various initiatives including Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Gender Equity, and Diversity & Inclusion. Previously, Vivienne held positions such as People and Safety Lead at Manningham Council, Manager People and Culture at Hepburn Shire Council, and People and Culture Manager at Message Media. Vivienne has a solid HR foundation established at Equipsuper and Biota Pharmaceuticals, where roles ranged from Human Resources Manager to Senior Human Resources Manager. An educational background from Monash University includes a BA in Psychology, alongside a Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership from Neurosource.
