Kelly Kraft

Kelly Kraft is an accomplished pharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in product development and research. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at Receptor Life Sciences since February 2019, Kraft previously held the position of Director of Pharmaceutical Research at MannKind Corporation from June 2003 to February 2019, where responsibilities included identifying drug candidates and managing the inhalation drug delivery pipeline, alongside overseeing research on Afrezza (inhaled insulin). Kraft began a career in the industry as a Scientist at Emisphere Technologies from August 1998 to June 2003, focusing on process and medicinal chemistry while managing laboratory operations and leading cross-disciplinary research teams. Kraft holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from The University of Georgia and a BS in Chemistry from Elizabethtown College.
