Dror Ashkenazi

Dror Ashkenazi possesses extensive experience in global operation and human resource management, currently serving as Crew Manager at Mano Maritime since 2008, overseeing the manning of 800 seafarers and 100 shore-based personnel while developing a global recruitment network in the Far East and Europe. Previously, Dror Ashkenazi acted as Regional Manager at Hever Hon Enoshi from 2003 to 2008, managing two strategic business units and handling recruitment and placement services across various levels. Dror Ashkenazi began a career at Hever ITR from 2000 to 2003 as Branch Manager for Technion. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration obtained from the University of Haifa from 2003 to 2005, following a Bachelor's degree in Human Services earned at the same institution from 1996 to 1999.
