Julian Däster

Julian Däster has a range of work experience starting in 2011. Julian began their career as a Marketing Research Manager at Manor AG in March 2011 and worked in various roles within the company, including Online Merchandise Manager and Head of Online Category Management. From May 2014 to October 2015, Julian participated in an Academic Talent Program as a Trainee at Manor AG. Julian then became a Student Research Assistant at the Department of Social and Economic Psychology at the University of Basel from October 2010 to August 2012. Julian also had two internships at TransferPlus AG in 2010 and 2011. More recently, they held the position of Director Digital at Manor AG from February 2020 to December 2020, and currently, they are the Director eCommerce Operations at Manor AG since January 2021.

Julian Däster has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Psychology, which they obtained from the University of Basel between 2011 and 2014. Julian also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the same university, which they completed between 2008 and 2011. In 2019 and 2020, Julian obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Online Shop and Sales Management from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA in Digital Leadership from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich. Additionally, Julian has a certification in DALF C1 from Alliance Française de Paris Ile de France.
