Tim Harvey is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in kitchen management and culinary excellence. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Manor Country Club since December 2017, Tim also held the position of Executive Sous Chef prior to this role. Tim's previous experience includes a role as Sous Chef at Clyde's Restaurant Group from September 2015 to December 2017, as well as positions as Sous Chef at Tark's Grill and Line Cook at The Club at Admirals Cove. Earlier in their career, Tim worked as Banquet Chef/Lead Line Cook at Palencia Club LLC and as Line Cook at The Country Club at Mirasol. Tim Harvey holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Florida Culinary Institute, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
