Sharon Clarke

Sharon Clarke is an experienced operations and service delivery manager with a diverse background in recruitment and account management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager for the Natwest Account at Manpower UK since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Account Manager Multi-Site at Blue Arrow and managed BT contracts in various capacities at Manpower UK. Earlier experience includes serving as UK Recruitment Manager at Concentrix and multiple roles focused on recruitment and client management at Hays, including National Client Manager for Santander Retail Banking.
