Asraf Uddin Mba

Asraf Uddin MBA, CHRP is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Lead HR Onsite Manager at ManpowerGroup since February 2014, Asraf oversees HR support services for Estee Lauder Companies across multiple locations in Toronto, focusing on recruitment, training, performance management, and workplace safety compliance. Previously, Asraf worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the same organization and as an HR Generalist & Consultant at Secure Property Management Ltd, where responsibilities included policy development, conflict resolution, and employee training. Alongside a career in HR, Asraf also served as an Associate Professor at Southeast University, imparting knowledge in HR and Management courses while conducting scholarly research. Asraf holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Centennial College, a Master's degree in HR & Employment Relations from Memorial University, and degrees in Business Administration and Management from the University of Dhaka.
