Frits Scholte

With more than 30 years of experience in the employment services industry, Frits Scholte leads ManpowerGroup’s Global Sales team and is responsible for the ManpowerGroup Global Sales organization and for developing the Global Sales Academy, launched in 2021.

Initially joining ManpowerGroup in 2008 as the Commercial Manager of ManpowerGroup The Netherlands, responsible for the development and implementation of the commercial strategy and new service concepts, Frits would later become the Managing Director of The Netherlands while also leading operations for ManpowerGroup Germany.

In 2015, Frits stepped into the role of Vice President Sales & Marketing for ManpowerGroup in Europe, responsible for all commercial performance in Europe while overseeing the management of Global Accounts.

Outside of ManpowerGroup, Frits serves on the advisory board of JINC, the Dutch organization dedicated to the interests of children with a disadvantage to the labor market and is also a board member of Junior Achievement Europe, Europe's largest non-profit provider of education programs for entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy.

Frits started his career in the employment services industry in 1990 and he holds a Master Degree in Marketing from Tilburg University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Derby.
