Heather Whitley-Quinn

Heather Whitley-Quinn serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & Workforce Development at Manpower, a position held since 1997 after starting with the company in August 1990. With extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, benefits design and administration, as well as training program development and implementation, Heather has significantly impacted the organization. Additionally, Heather held leadership roles such as President Elect of the San Diego Society for Human Resource Management in 2016, board member of the Youth Council at the San Diego Workforce Partnership from 2008 to 2016, and Vice President of Conferences for the San Diego Society for Human Resource Management from 2012 to 2014.
