Joanne Healy

Joanne Healy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Operations Inside Sales at ManpowerGroup since September 2006, Joanne leads initiatives in inside sales, support, and service desk functions. Prior to this role, Joanne acted as an HR Business Partner at Hewlett Packard from April 1998 to September 2006, and held the position of Clerical Officer at BT from August 1988 to August 1996, working in HR and call center environments in both London and Liverpool. Joanne holds a CIPD qualification from Liverpool John Moores University and a BA(Hons) in History from Middlesex University.
