Chip Taylor

Chip Taylor serves as the Vice President for the Government-Wide Procurement Advisory Center at ManTech, leading operations that manage the company's portfolio of Government-Wide IDIQ contracts and establish a FEDSIM Center of Excellence. Taylor has extensive experience in business development and operational management within the IDIQ and GWAC contract space, including previous roles at Perspecta, Vencore Inc., and Engility Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from business process development to overseeing integrated operations for multi-award contracts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business.
