Scott Crews

Scott Crews, PMP, MBA, is an accomplished leader with over three decades of experience in military and defense sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Lead Engineer at ManTech since July 2023, Scott provides technical advisory support to the Navy's Integrated Warfare Systems program. Previously, as Director at Herren Associates, Scott managed engineering support services for NAVSEA’s Integrated Warfare Systems portfolio. A retired Navy Captain, Scott’s career involved multiple commanding roles and strategic support to national decision-makers. Additional experience includes project management for the United States Secret Service, financial management at Lockheed Martin, and consulting at KPMG. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Master's of Science in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
