Sinclair M Harris

Sinclair M Harris currently serves as the Senior Executive Director of Navy Business Development at ManTech and as a Senior Advisor at SeaPort TEK Technologies, contributing to the development of innovative command and control systems. Previously, Sinclair held the position of Vice President of Client Relations at LMI, where focus was on strengthening client relationships and aligning solutions with their needs. With a 34-year career in the United States Navy, Sinclair rose from Ensign to Rear Admiral, commanding significant naval forces and engaged in extensive strategic planning and program management.
