Tommy Toro

Tommy Toro, PMP, has extensive experience in network operations and project management within military and civilian environments. Currently serving as the Network Operations Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology since July 2016, Tommy provides leadership and training in the maintenance and troubleshooting of military networks. Previously, as Project Lead Manager at ManTech, Tommy managed the Aerostat Initial Deployment (RAID) Project, demonstrating expertise in system administration and logistics across several overseas assignments. Prior roles include Deputy Project Manager at Vista International Operation, where Tommy supervised various teams and helped establish help desk support centers in CENTCOM, and Trainer at UNISYS, providing critical training on Radio Frequency Identification In-Transit Visibility (RFID-ITV) systems. Earlier experience as Procurement Technology Coordinator at Ogilvy & Mather involved application testing and end-user training.
