William Mead

William Mead currently serves as Vice President of Program Operations for Federal Civilian at ManTech, a position held since April 2023. Previously, William Mead had a lengthy career at IBM, where roles included Vice President/Partner and Capture Director for General Government, focusing on large-scale IT implementation and business transformation programs for federal contracts. William Mead also volunteered as an Alpine Patroller at Wintergreen Resort since December 2014.
