Yuliia Moroziuk (Kovalchuk) is a PhD Candidate at IGBMC since December 2021, focusing on the role of histone variant H3.3 in epigenetic phenomena and tumorigenesis. Prior to this position, Yuliia served as an M2 Intern at CEA, where the functional characterization of the BAF complex in mESCs was investigated. Yuliia has also gained experience as a Research Intern at the Vancouver Prostate Centre, studying Neuroendocrine Prostate Cancer development, and held internships at Enamine Ltd. and the Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics, NAS of Ukraine. Yuliia's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Epigenetics from the University of Strasbourg and various Master's and Bachelor's degrees in life sciences from Université Paris-Saclay and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
