Simon Matschoss has extensive work experience in various roles related to sales and client engagement. Simon started working at Ecetera in 2009 as an Inside Sales representative and later became a Business Development Manager for the Southern Region. In 2011, they joined Compuware as an Account Manager. In 2012, they returned to Ecetera as a Business Development Manager before moving on to Odecee, A Cognizant Digital Business in 2014, where they worked as a Key Account Manager and Business Development Manager until 2017. Simon then joined Shelde as an Account Director for Digital Services, and later in 2017, they became the Head of Sales and Client Engagement at Mantel Group, overseeing businesses such as DigIO, Eliiza, Kasna, and CMD Solutions.
Simon Matschoss completed their high school education at Trinity Grammar School, Kew from 1999 to 2004. Simon then pursued a BA/Comms degree in Media & Communications/Sociology from Monash University from 2005 to 2008. In 2009 and 2010, they attended Prograd to study Sales.
