Ricardo Peters

Ricardo Peters is an experienced ICT professional with a diverse background in IT management and support. Currently serving as an ICT-beheerder at Mantel since March 2020, Ricardo previously held the position of IT Management Support EMEA (L2) at Volvo Car Group from November 2015 to July 2018, focusing on quick resolutions for car dealerships and VIP customers. Prior experience includes roles as a Specialist CS Internet – Backoffice at Telfort Zakelijk from May 2012 to October 2015 and as a Zakelijke Communicatie medewerker at XS4ALL Internet BV from August 2011 to April 2012. Education was completed at Graafschap College.
