Mantvydas Riškus is currently a Research And Development Specialist at MANTINGA, where responsibilities include leading brainstorming sessions and translating ideas into product concepts based on market trends and nutritional science. Previous roles include a Product Development Technologist and Food Technologist at Fazer, along with experience at Volfas Engelman as an operator and in various food technologist roles during internships. Mantvydas also worked as a Commis Chef and gained practical experience through multiple internships in the culinary field. Education includes a Master’s degree in Enterprise Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Kaunas University of Technology, along with further studies at the Technical University of Denmark.
