Leslie Solis began their work experience in 2018 as an Account Manager at Patriot Freight Group. Leslie then transitioned to becoming a Customer Service Specialist at Children's Learning Adventure in February 2019. Later in September 2019, they joined Mantis Innovation as a Client Support Specialist.

Leslie Solis holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Texas A&M University, which was completed in 2017.
