Russell Clarke

Russell Clarke is an experienced professional in the financial sector, currently serving as Partner and Head of FICC at Mantis Partners since March 2023. Previously, Russell held the position of Partner at Figtree Search from April 2010 to March 2023, specializing in Fixed Income Executive Search at senior and boardroom levels. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Fixed Income at Mantis Partners from January 2002 to April 2010, where responsibilities included directing FIAC (FICC, Analytics and Research). Russell Clarke holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Information Systems from the University of the West of England, obtained between 1991 and 1995, and attended Milton Abbey for earlier education.
