Itay Taub

Itay Taub has an extensive work experience in the field of technology and project management. Itay has worked at various companies and held different roles.

At Mantis Vision, Itay started as a Senior Project Manager in November 2013. In this role, they managed projects and proof-of-concepts with major consumer electronics companies like Samsung, Huawei, LG, and Motorola. Itay also led development teams across multiple international sites. Later, Itay became the Director of Projects in November 2016, reporting directly to the CEO. In this position, they were responsible for all R&D projects in the company and managed a team of 40 engineers.

Prior to their time at Mantis Vision, Itay worked at the Government of Israel. Itay served as a Senior Project and Product Manager from January 2008 to October 2013. Their responsibilities included managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects, leading teams in the fields of hardware, software, RF, mechanics, and chemistry. Additionally, Itay temporarily replaced the R&D group manager in their absence. Before that, they were a System Architect, responsible for specifying and designing systems of systems, and a HW Board Design Engineer.

Itay's earlier experience includes working at Aprion digital as part of the algorithm team, where they focused on testing, automation, and design. Itay also worked at Comsec as an Information Security Consultant, managing security projects in telecom companies and designing and implementing security solutions.

Throughout their career, Itay has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing large teams, and successfully delivering projects.

Itay Taub's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled in Tel Aviv University. Itay completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in micro Electronics, Communication, and RF in 2004. Following this, in 2006, they pursued further education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied Business Administration and Management (M.B.A.) until 2008.
