Jason Johnson

Jason R. Johnson currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Mantis Venture Capital since May 2023, previously holding the same title at Regent, L.P. from September 2022 to May 2023. With extensive experience in finance, Jason held roles including Vice President/Controller at March Capital and Assistant Controller - Private Equity at Ares Management, where oversight was provided for multiple traditional private equity funds with significant assets. Prior to these roles, Jason was an Assurance Manager at RSM US LLP, focusing on audits for hedge funds and private equity clients. Jason began a career in finance with various positions, including an Audit Intern at Grant Thornton LLP and a Bankruptcy Auditor at Lender Processing Services, Inc. Education includes a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
