Dirk P.

Dirk P. began their work experience in 1993 as an Assistant Vice President at The Long Term Credit Bank of Japan, Ltd. (Shinsei Bank), where they closed $600MM of syndicated credits. Dirk then worked as a Vice President at BANK OF YOKOHAMA LIMITED (THE) from 1995 to 1996. Dirk P. then joined Comerica Bank as a Vice President, managing Fortune 500 relationships and closing $140MM in syndicated loan participations. Dirk later became a Vice President and Relationship Manager at Bank of the West, where they managed a loan portfolio and worked with insurance, media & entertainment, and general corporate clients. Dirk P. continued their career at Citibank N.A., handling multiple industries as a Vice President and Credit Relationship Manager. Dirk then worked at Malaysia Nature Society as a Consultant and Travel, where they developed a concept memo for a conservation bond offering and traveled around the world. Dirk P. joined Bank of the West again as a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager, managing corporate banking relationships and targeting companies with annual revenues ranging from $50MM to $2.0B. Dirk took a career break in 2010, living in Singapore, traveling in Southeast Asia, and networking in the business/banking community. Dirk P. then joined Far East National Bank (SinoPac Holdings Group Company) as a Commercial/Corporate Loan Underwriter before joining Manufacturers Bank as a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager.

Dirk P. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Later on, they pursued further education and completed their MBA in Finance and International Business at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Dirk attended the University of Michigan from 1990 to 1992.
