Scott Kartsounes has an extensive and diverse work experience. Scott started their career as the Founder of Bass Control Productions, a music entertainment firm in Chicago. Over the course of 13 years, they grew the business into one of the highest-rated firms in the city.

In 1996, they co-founded Flames Radio, one of the world's first internet streaming radio stations. Scott built the entire operation from scratch, managing over 80 staff members and hosting a popular radio show.

In 1999, Kartsounes joined Manufacturers' News, Inc. (MNI) as the Chief Technology Officer. Scott successfully modernized the company's publishing business model, introducing digital platforms for customers to access comprehensive business data.

In 2002, they co-founded Intelligence, Inc. with the aim of helping event companies operate more efficiently.
