Amanda Johnson

Amanda Johnson, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Amanda is currently working at Manufacturing Resources International (MRI) as the Director of Human Resources, where they are responsible for overseeing human resources functions. Prior to this, they worked at Stuart Pro Heating & Air as a Human Resources Generalist, where they managed routine HR functions and ensured compliance with employment laws. Before that, Amanda was an HR Generalist at Daniel Defense, Inc., where they handled benefit administration and implemented wellness initiatives. Amanda also worked as a Benefits Specialist at Bill Lucas, assisting companies with group benefits and negotiating rates with carriers. Earlier in their career, Amanda gained customer service experience as a Member Service Representative at Navy Federal Credit Union and as a Teller Supervisor at Community Bank operated by Bank of America.

Amanda Johnson, SPHR, completed their education history, which includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from American Military University. Amanda attended this institution from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their higher education, Amanda obtained their high school diploma from Douglas County High School, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they possess the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, which they obtained from HRCI in October 2021.
