Micko Migura has a diverse work experience history. Micko started their career in 2002 as a GL Accountant at Halliburton Energy Services Indonesia. From there, they moved to DHL Express Indonesia, where they held roles as a Business Process Coordinator/Project Accountant and later as a Management Accountant Manager. Micko then joined PT. ANZ Panin Bank Indonesia, where they served as a Payroll Implementation Manager and Finance Project member. After that, Micko worked at Manulife Indonesia (PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia) as a Senior Business Development Manager and then as a Reporting & MIS - Partnership Business Senior Manager. Micko then joined Cigna Indonesia as the Head of Sales Performance and New Initiatives for Strategic Distribution. Currently, Micko is working at Manulife Indonesia as the Head of Strategic Marketing and Head of Customer Experience. Prior to these roles, Micko was the General Manager for Indonesia at Dattel Asia.

Micko Migura obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialization in Accounting from Universitas Trisakti, attending from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Marketing at the same university from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Micko Migura also obtained certifications in "Figma Essential Training: The Basics" from LinkedIn in July 2022 and "Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations" from LinkedIn in October 2021.
