Duong Nguyen

Duong (Andie) Nguyen currently works at Manulife Vietnam in a Strategy and Transformation role since 2024. Previously, Andie held various positions at AIA Vietnam from 2019 to 2023, including Exchange Head and Finance Business Partner, where responsibilities included acting as a finance business partner for the Agency distribution and Marketing Department to promote key business drivers. Andie also worked at McKinsey & Company as part of the Next Generation Women Leaders APAC'21 program and has experience in internal auditing at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam, as well as auditing at Deloitte. Early career included project management at CSIP Vietnam. Andie holds an ACA from ICAEW and has participated in the Chevening Vietnam Career Mentoring Program, in addition to a Bachelor of Accounting from the National Economics University. An academic background includes a focus in Computer Science from Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted.
