Carolyn McQuillan

Carolyn McQuillan, UXC is a Senior Experience Designer at Manulife, specializing in product design and AI usability for John Hancock's Human Centered Design team, with a focus on a new sales insights application scheduled for launch in January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Designer at Modo Labs, where Carolyn established a usability testing program and created prototypes for higher education applications. At Liberty Mutual Insurance, Carolyn progressed from Associate Graphic Designer to Product Manager/Designer, leading the design of a global policyholder safety resources website and enhancing user experience across multiple publications. Carolyn also has freelance experience in graphic design for various organizations and holds a BFA in Visual Design, Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
