Mousumi Saxena

Mousumi Saxena currently holds the position of Vice President, Technology Strategy at Manulife, where leadership involves overseeing strategy, transformation, and delivery practices within the Manulife Technology Group since July 2023. Previously, at Altus Group from January 2019 to July 2023, Mousumi served as Vice President, Strategy and Transformation, managing PMO, technology enablement, and merger integrations, along with roles as Senior Director and Director within the same domain. Prior to Altus Group, experience includes a tenure at Scotiabank as Senior Product Manager and Senior Manager where responsibilities encompassed driving profitability in credit card portfolios and enabling digital transformation for wealth management. Additionally, Mousumi worked at TD Bank Group in various strategic and client experience roles, including Senior Manager and Management Associate. Early career beginnings included positions at Colliers International and Delta Hotels, supported by an MBA from Queen's University and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Bangalore University.
