Deirdre Hicks

Deirdre Hicks, MAOM, PHR, SHRM-CP, SWP has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Deirdre began their career in 1991 as an Human Resources Intern at Bechtel Savannah River, Inc. In 1994, they were hired as a Human Resources Assistant at Milliken & Company. In 1996, they were hired as a Human Resources Manager at International Flavors & Fragrances. In 2004, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Trantech Radiator Products, Inc. In 2010, they were hired as an Employee Relations Manager for the Piedmont Division of Coca-Cola Bottling Company United, Inc. In 2015, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Intertape Polymer Group. In 2020, they were hired as the Director of Human Resources at Scotsman Ice Systems. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Manus Bio.

Deirdre Hicks, MAOM, PHR, SHRM-CP, SWP holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Augusta University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix, and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from The University of Georgia. Additionally, they have obtained a Workforce Analytics upSkill Micro-Credential from HRCI in September 2022, a Strategic Workforce Planning Certification (SWP) from Human Capital Institute (HCI) in May 2019, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from Human Resources Certification Institue in December 2000, and a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
