Pol Valls Aguila

Pol Valls Aguila is an experienced process engineer currently working at Manusa since March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a process engineer at GERMANS BOADA, S.A. from October 2016 to February 2021, where responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of industrialization for projects and new products, continuous improvement, cost reduction, lean methodology implementation, waste management, and the search and adoption of new technologies. Pol Valls Aguila holds a Master's degree in Production Organization and Industrial Plant Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, completed in 2018, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from both Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and UPC Vilanova i la Geltrú, obtained in 2016.
